基于场效应方法的柴油机喷油嘴参数匹配仿真研究

摘    要:为了解决1132Z柴油机喷油系统的匹配问题,采用场效应分析方法,通过数值模拟定量分析了油束夹角、喷孔直径、喷孔数对柴油机喷雾混合过程的影响规律,在此基础上得到了优化的喷油嘴参数.研究结果表明,基于场效应的计算分析方法,可以用于指导柴油机喷油系统的匹配.

Abstract:To match parameters of fuel injection system on 1132Z diesel engine, field effect analysis method was used. Numerical simulation was conducted and the influence of fuel spray angle, nozzle diameter, number of injection holes on process of mixing and atomization was quantitatively analyzed. The optimized injector parameters were obtained. The result shows that the computation method based on field effect analysis could be used as a guidance to match the fuel injection system of diesel engine.
