凹盖壳爆炸拉深工艺研究

摘    要:
介绍了不锈钢凹盖壳爆炸拉深的研制过程,重点阐述成形工艺方法的确定,爆炸拉深模的设计和爆炸工艺参数的选择。研究结果表明,凹盖壳爆炸拉深具有工艺方法简单、投资少、无需大型设备、成形精度高等优点,工艺方法是可行的,可广泛应用于类似零件的中小批量生产。

Abstract:
The paper introduces the manufacturing process of exploded deep drawing of stainless concave cover shells',and it focuses on elaborating the determination of shaping technical process,the design of exploded deep drawing model and the choice of the exploded technology parameters.The results prove that the exploded deep drawing technology of cave cover shells have advantages of simple method,little investment,needing no large equipments and high precision.Thus,such technology can be widely used in producing similar parts in low and medium quantity.
