西藏和平解放60年经济社会发展的历史回顾与评析

自1951年5月23日与中央政府签订和平解放西藏办法的“十七条协议”以来，经过60年的风风雨雨，西藏已由一个政教合一的、落后封闭的封建农奴制社会逐步发展成一个充满活力的中国特色社会主义民族区域自治地区，西藏各族人民群众生产生活水平蒸蒸日上，经济社会发展日新月异。文章以1989年、2008年为时间节点，分三个阶段，从事物发展是前进性与曲折性相统一原理视角出发，就西藏和平解放60年经济社会发展进行历史梳理与学理分析，以深化认识西藏经济社会的区域性与民族性发展规律．进而助推西藏跨越式发展与长治久安。

A Historical Review and Comments on the Economic and Social Development of Tibet since its Peaceful Liberation

In May 23th, 1951, the Central Government signed the ＂Seventeen-Article Agreement＂ of the Peaceful Liberation withTibet local government. After ups and downs of 60 years, Tibet has gradually developed into a socialist autonomous region with Chinese characteristicsfromaneconomically backward region withtheocracy and barbaric feudal serfdom. Now, in Tibet people＇s living and production standards are improving, and itseconomy and societydeveloping rapidly. The article intends to comb and academically analyze the history of Tibet＇s economic and social development since 1951 by dividing the past 60 years into three time periods, 1951-1989, 1990-2008,and 2009-2011. This will help us to understandthe law of Tibet＇s economic and social developmentso as to developTibet more rapidly and keep long-term stability in Tibet.
