| 摘 要： | 高校和谐校园建设不仅关系到学校自身的发展,更关系到整个和谐社会的构建。文章在阐述和谐校园基本内涵、特征的基础上,分析了高校和谐校园建设中存在的不和谐因素,并从坚持社会主义核心价值体系、建设团结和谐的领导班子、推动制度人性化建设、倡导先进的校园文化、坚持以人为本的核心理念、共建校园与社区和谐6方面提出了高校和谐校园的构建途径。
