| 摘 要： | 在阐述了泉州洛江新城发展背景和目标的基础上,根据规划新城区城市功能以产品配送、居住休闲为主的原则,结合自然山水特点,设计了以产业轴和滨江生活轴为代表的用地功能布局、富有地方特色的城市景观、流畅的交通网络,进而强调了城市新区概念规划应关注新老城区之间及新区内部的功能协调,并注重自然山水和文化底蕴相融合,以达到区域经济稳步增长、生活居住环境日益改善的效果.

| Abstract: | Based on expounding the development background and object study of new Luojiang Districts in Quanzhou City,this paper planned the new district function in which the production delivery,inhabitancy and entertainment play a leading role,and according to natural landscape,designed the land-use function distribution typical of industry axis,and living axis of the urban landscape with distinctive local features and fluent traffic network.It is emphasized that the conceptual planning of new districts should pay attention to the functional harmony among new and old city districts and the interior of new district,and should attach importance to the integration of natural scenes and cultural background so as to gain the effects of stable economic development and living environment amelioration. |
