试验研究是在本系列试验(一)、(二)的基础上,采用石油井场泥浆作介质进行试验研究,以寻求高铬铸铁与丁腈橡胶对磨时的最佳工艺参数。试验是在MLD一10型动载磨料磨损试验机土进行的,对不同表面硬度和光洁度的高铬铸铁试环和不同硬度的丁腈橡胶试块,共进行了六个项目多组的试验,取得了1000多个数据,得出了高铬铸铁与丁腈橡胶对磨时高铬铸铁的表面硬度和光洁度及丁腈橡胶硬度的具体匹配值。同时得出了高铬铸铁表面硬度、光洁度,丁腈橡胶硬度,介质等诸因素对高铬铸铁、丁腈橡胶耐磨性影响的大小。进而提出了泥浆泵缸套活塞的有关工艺参数和使用中值得注意的问题。

Abstract:
Based on the series of experimental studies (I), (II), this test was carried out by using drilling mud as the wording medium to obtain the optimal technical parameters of the rubbing of high-chromium cast iron against perbunan rubber. Six series of tests for the testing rings, which are made of high-chromium cast iron with different hardness and surface finishs, rubbing against the testing blocks, which are made of perbunan rubber with different hardness, were carried out on the dynamic abrasive machine MLD-10. Now more than one thousand data have been obtained, from which matched values between the hardness and surface finish of high-chromium cast iron and the hardness of perbunan rubber are obtained. The effect of the hardness and surface finish of high-chromium cast iron, the hardness of perbunan rubber and working medium, etc. on the wearability of high –chromium cast iron and perbunan rubber has been made clear, so that technical parameters for designing liners and pistons are given out, and some noticeable problems are presented in this paper when they are in use.
