氯氧镁水泥煤矸石混凝土的强度试验研究

摘    要:为了研究氯氧镁水泥煤矸石混凝土强度的主要影响因素及其变化规律,进行了一系列混凝土抗压强度试验。试验结果表明:氯氧镁水泥混凝土的强度与摩尔比为n_(MgO)∶n_(MgCl_2)呈上凸曲线关系,在n_(MgO)∶n_(MgCl_2)=6∶1时试样的强度达到峰值;随煤矸石掺量的增加,混凝土强度不断降低,且前7天混凝土强度增长速度下降,7天后不同煤矸石掺量的混凝土强度增长速度相差不大;氯氧镁水泥混凝土的最优摩尔比为n_(MgO)∶n_(MgCl_2)=6∶1;煤矸石替代碎石作骨料会导致混凝土强度降低;煤矸石掺量对氯氧镁水泥煤矸石混凝土的早期强度影响较大。

Study on Strength Test of Magnesium Oxychloride Cement Coal Gangue Concrete
Abstract:In order to study the main factors affecting the strength of magnesium oxychloride cement gangue concrete and its variation,a series of concrete compressive strength test of the project.The experi-mental results show that the relationship between the concrete strength and the molar ratio n MgO ∶n MgCl2 of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete is an up-convex curve,and the strength reaches the peak value peak at the n MgO ∶n MgCl2 mass ratio of 6 ∶ 1;with the increase of the content of coal gangue,the concrete strength decreases,and the growth rate of the concrete strength decreases before 7 d ,the growth rate of the concrete strength after 7 d of the different content of coal gangue is little difference.The results ob-tained are as follows:the optimal molar ratio of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete n MgO ∶n MgCl2 =6∶1;substitution of coal gangue as aggregate gravel will lead to the decrease of strength of concrete;and the gangue content has great influence on early strength.
