山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋渔业布局优化研究

利用区位商的研究理论对山东半岛蓝色经济区的海洋捕捞业、海水养殖业、海产品加工业、水产苗种业和休闲渔业这5个代表性渔业分别在沿海7个城市的发展情况进行实证分析。结合这7个城市的实际情况探讨其渔业布局存在的问题。最后结合各区域的资源条件、经济基础等多种因素,基于因地制宜、优势互补的原则,提出合理的渔业布局优化建议。

Optimization Study on Marine Fishery Distribution of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone includes Qingdao,Weihai,Yantai,Rizhao,Weifang and Binzhou,which are not only guide zone of national marine scientific and technology industry development but also core zone to develop marine power country of China,and play big proportion in national marine e-conomy.Consequently,reasonability of blue economic zone marine fishery overall arrangement has impor-tant effect on marine economy.Conduct empirical analysis about marine fishing industry,marine aquacul-ture industry,marine products processing industry,aquatic seed seeding and leisure fishing in above 7 cities of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone by using location quotient theory;then,discuss the problems a-bout its fishery distribution in combination with practical situation of the above 7 cities;at last,with re-source condition of each regional and economic basis,this text gives reasonable fishery distribution optimi-zing suggestion to the principles of adjust measures to local conditions and complementary advantages.
