高职《电机学》教学改革探索

摘    要:针对高职学生的培养目标定位以及学习特点,对《电机学》的教学过程进行了研究探索,从教学方法和教学艺术两个方面给出了改革措施。通过改革课堂教学手段,改进实践教学,采用小班上课,完善教学艺术等一系列措施,一方面可以大大高教师的教学效率,降低教学难度,及时实现教学目标;另一方面,可以激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的学习效率以及降低学习难度,提高学生的综合素质,为后续课程学习和以后走向工作岗位打下坚实的基础。整个课程教学过程以应用为导向,所用措施可操作性强,教学效果显著。

Teaching Reform & Exploration of "Electric Machinery" for Higher Vocational Students
Abstract:Aim at the location of educational goal and learning characteristics of higher vocational students, reforms are implemented from two aspects, namely, teaching methods and teaching arts, by studying teaching processes of "Electric Machinery". Though taking a series of measures of changing the teaching methods, improving teaching practice, taking classes in small groups, perfecting teaching arts, teaching efficiency can be improved greatly, degree of difficulty of teaching can be reduced and the teaching objective can be achieved in time. On the one hand, students" interest in learning can be stimulated, the studying efficiency can be increased as well as the difficult of study reduced, students" comprehensive qualities are enhanced and a solid foundation is laid for the following courses and future. The whole teaching process is operational in application- oriented and good results have been obtained.
