| 摘 要： | 随着旅游房地产市场的成熟和竞争的加剧,如何在保有旅游资源的同时开发好房地产市场是政府和企业应关注的重点。针对旅游房地产的特点,通过对海南发展旅游房地产的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战（SOWT）的分析,结合海南旅游房地产业的现状和存在的三个主要问题的探讨,提出海南在旅游房地产开发过程中如何坚持可持续发展的建议。

| Abstract: | With the maturation of tourism real estate market and increasing competition,it has become a major focus point of government and companies about how to maintain tourism resources while developing real estate market.By SWOT and current status analysis of the development of tourism real estate in Hainan,this paper researches to three major problems,suggests that Hainan should follow a sustainable way in developing its tourism real estate. |
