| 摘 要： | 以虚拟样机技术为理论基础,应用三维参数化建模技术Pro/E,在开发平台上建立挖掘机零部件的虚拟模型和整体装配模型.利用Pro/E的Mechanism模块进行运动仿真,得到样机的运动模拟结果,并在虚拟模型的基础上检验设计方案的可行性,以及虚拟装配模型的静态干涉问题,提前发现设计中存在的缺陷,并及时对设计方案进行修改.该方法具有传统二维建模方法无法比拟的优越性,可见对于复杂机构使用三维虚拟建模技术完成设计是可行的,也是很方便的.
