| 摘 要： | 针对石油运输企业生产运输管理中所存在的运输车辆维护保养难、后勤保障困难、零配件库存量大、管理流程缺乏可控性和优化性的问题 ,在所开发的某石油运输企业管理信息系统中 ,采用企业资源计划 ( ERP)系统先进的管理思想和方法 ,提出了一个石油运输企业资源计划生产管理和车辆维修保养的一般流程 ,给出了石油运输企业 ERP系统的组成和相应的软件体系结构 ,该 ERP系统的设计与实现有利于提高企业管理水平 ,降低库存

| Abstract: | Based on the management information system developed by the authors for some petroleum transportation company, a general flow process for the production management and the vehicle repair and maintenance of a petroleum transportation enterprise is proposed by means of the advanced management thought and method of ERP. The constitution and the software architecture of a petroleum transportation enterprise ERP system are presented. The ERP system can improve the level of management and reduce stocks effectively. |
