| 摘 要： | 为了探讨基于A-TIG焊的焊缝跟踪技术,根据A-TIG焊的电弧电压特性,建立了A-TIG焊在焊接过程的电弧电压数学模型,确定利用积分差值方法为其焊缝跟踪方法,利用Matlab/Sim-ulink建立A-TIG焊的焊缝跟踪仿真模型.建模仿真结果表明,所获得波形与实际测量结果一致,从而验证了所建立的电弧电压数学模型的正确性.研究结果为实现A-TIG焊缝跟踪提供理论指导.

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the seam-tracking technology based on A-TIG welding,from the arc voltage characteristics of A-TIG welding,an arc voltage mathematical model of the process of A-TIG welding was built,and the integration differential method of seam-tracking was used,then a simulation model of the seam-tracking of A-TIG welding with Matlab/Simulink was built.The waveform got by modeling and simulation is consistent with the actual measurement which proves that the arc voltage mathematical model is suitable and correct.The model provides support for A-TIG welding. |
