| 摘 要： | 选拔优秀的高年级学生担任助理班主任是高校在新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的有效探索与实践。阐述了新办本科院校选拔优秀高年级学生担任助理班主任的重要作用,介绍了高校助理班主任的基本概况,同时,就实施助理班主任制度过程中应注意的问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation, selecting outstanding High-grade students to serve as class teacher assistant helps the university strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political education. This paper explains the important role of class teacher assistant and introduced the basic profiles, probes into some problems during implementing the system of class teacher assistant, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
