论我国社会弱势群体的经济立法保护

社会弱势群体是指同一社会中，在经济、文化、体能、智能、处境、发展潜力等方面处于相对不利地位的特殊人群。当前我国社会弱势群体主要是由新生贫困群体、农民群体、城市农民工群体、生理性弱势群体和妇女群体六大类构成。帮扶和保护弱势群体是立法的题中应有之义，因此，必须制定和完善我国劳动法、社会保障法、税法等相关法律，保护弱势群体的合法权益，从而维护社会稳定和社会公平。

The social weak group is a special group that lies in a relatively disadvantageous situation on economy, culture, physique, intelligence, circumstance, etc. in the same society. In China, at present, it is mainly made up of newly developing poor group, peasant group, peasant in cities group, physiologically weak group and women group. Helping and protecting the weak group is what economic law ought to do. Therefore, in order to maintain social stability and realizing social justice, we must enact and perfect labor law, social security, tax law and so on to protect their legitimate right.
