羽衣甘蓝无性系的建立

摘    要:以羽衣甘蓝的嫩茎为实验材料,在MS+BA2mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L的培养基上可诱导出愈伤组织,在MS+BA0.5mg/L IAA0.2mg/L的培养基上愈伤组织的分化率达13.2倍。分化苗在1/2MS培养基上生根率为96.7%;无菌茎段在1/2MS培养基上可直接获得生根苗,生根苗在河砂或炉灰渣上移栽和扦插的成活率为83.3%或86.7%。本实验羽衣甘蓝的繁殖速度可达每月13倍左右,这种繁殖速度可满足生产上的需要。

Abstract:Brassia cleracea var acephala is the material for this experiment. The stems and leaves of Brassia cleracea var acephala can be induied d to become callus in the medium of MS+BA2 mg/L+2,4 D0.5 mg/L. The differentiation rate of callus reach 13.2 times in the medium of MS+BA0.5 mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L. Differentiation seeding can root directly in the medium of 1/2MS. Sterile stems can root in the medium of 1/2MS. The living rate of translocation in the sands or the ashes from the stove is 86.7% or 83.3% respectively. The speed of propagation is 13 times. This speed can meet the needs of production.
