Abstract:In this paper,the structure change of nanocrystalling Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5 B9 allloy was inves-tigated in the process of mechanical grinding by X-ray diffraction,electron diffraction and DSc analy-sis.The results show that as the milling time increases,the crystallite structure of nanocrystalline alloy transfers to amorphous structure partly.Besides,the mechanism of this transformation was discussed.
