便携式高频X射线机球管的设计与制作

摘    要:设计制作出一种便携式高频X射线球管,并提出计算模型,适合用于制造用于文物检测、牙科检测、骨密度检测、异物检测、种子活力检测、电路缺陷检测等领域的便携式高频X射线机。该球管包含高频高压变压器、倍压整流电路、X线管、灯丝加热电路,管电流检测电路、管电压检测电路、温度检测电路,以及外壳体、绝缘、密封等结构。外壳形成密封容器,充满散热绝缘材料,外壳上有一开口,X射线通过该开口向外发射。在本设计中有管电压、管电流反馈,还有管内温度反馈,更能精度地控制X射线发生器的工况。实例制作出的球管具有体积小、密封性能好、功能更全面。实例表明该设计方案合理、可行。

Abstract:A portable X-ray high-frequency generator is designed,manufactured and calculated to produce the portable high frequency X-ray machine for relics detection,dental detection,bone density test,foreign body detection,seed vigor test,circuit defect detection,et al.This tube contains high-frequency high-voltage transformer,voltage-double rectifier circuit,X-ray tube,filament-heating circuit,tube current detector,tube voltage detector,temperature detector,and body shell,insulator and sealing structure.Shell forms a sealed container,filled with heat insulating materials,and on the enclosure has an opening,through which X-ray emits outward.In the design of this invention,the feedback of tube voltage and tube current,as well as the tube temperature make it easy to preciously control the working conditions of the X-ray generator.The prototype of the designed generator has smaller size,better sealing,and more function,which shows that this design is reasonable and practicable.
