| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the causes of the poor application of the total quality management (TQM) in our country and the shortages of TQM its own, and points out that combining TQM with the quality strategy can make each sub-system of the enterprise operate coordinately around TQM system and obtain optimum integrated effect. |
