| 摘 要： | 基于稀磷酸介质，痕量溴离子对溴酸钾氧化藏红Ｔ反应的抑制作用，建立了测定痕量溴离子的新动力学荧光法．方法检出限为０．５ｍｇ／ｍｌ．线性范围为０．８３－６７ｍｇ／ｍｌ，用于镁条和化学试剂中痕量溴离子的测定，结果满意．

| Abstract: | A new kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of trace bromide bus been developed.The method is based on the inhibition effect of bromide on the oxidation of saframin T by potassium bromat in a solution of diluted H3PO4.The detection limit is 0.5ng/ml.The linear range of determinarion in 0.83-6.7ng/ml.The method has been used to determine trace bromide in magnesim metal and Chemical reagents with satisfactory results. |
