| 摘 要： | 目的:总结外伤性张力性气颅诊断与手术治疗的临床经验.方法:收集2002年6月至2008年6月手术治疗的12例外伤性张力性气颅患者,对治疗方法及效果进行分析总结.结果:经手术治疗12例患者均治愈出院.结论:外伤性张力性气颅发生后病情较重,应早期诊断,及时正确治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the clinical experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment for traumaticly tensive pneumocrania. Method:Collecting 12 cases with traumaticly tensive pneumocrania in our department from June 2002 to June 2008; analyzing the method and effect of the operation. Result:All the patients were treated with surgical treatment and the 12 cases were cured. Conclusion:The patients' conditions are often severe after the coming of tensive pneumocrania.
