摘    要:为探讨孕期锰染毒对仔鼠脑、肝乙酰胆碱脂酶(ACHE)的影响,将妊娠大鼠随机分为3组,腹腔注射氯化锰溶液,待其自然分娩后,分别取1d,11d仔鼠脑、肝组织进行匀浆,检测匀浆AchE活性。结果表明,随着染锰剂量的增加,1d龄仔鼠肝AchE活性各组,下降趋势明显(P<0.05);但两染毒组之间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。11d仔鼠脑、肝AchE活性对照组均显著高于染毒组。表明孕期锰染毒能抑制仔鼠肝、脑组织AchE活性,从而影响子代学习、记忆能力和神经肌肉接点处的兴奋传导。

Abstract:To study the effect of manganese on acetylcholinesterase(ACHE)in the filial rat's brain and liver after the mother-rat is exposed to manganese,pregnant rats are randomly divided into three groups and receive manganese chloride of different quantities by intraperitoneal injection for 8 times every other day. After normal delivery,the brains and livers of filial rats which are aged 1 day and 11 days are made into homogenate respectively and ACHE is measured.The results show that the decreasing trend of l-day-old filial rat brain ACHE is significant among the three groups(P<0.05). And while the decreasing trend of l-day-old filial rat liver ACHE is significant between control group and the two poisoned groups,the difference between the two poisoned groups is not significant(P>0.05).It is also found that,while the decreasing trend of 11-day-old filial rat brain and liver ACHE is significant between control group and high-dosage group, between low-dosage group and high-dosage group(P<0.05),the difference is not significant between control group and low-dosage group(P>0.05). It is therefore concluded that pregnant rats exposed to manganese can inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase in filial rat's brain and liver,and as a result the filial rat's ability of learning, remembrance and exciting conduction of nerve-muscle joint are influenced.
