压电非均衡复合材料变形有限元分析

摘    要:利用基于一阶剪切层合板理论的四节点矩形压电层合板板有限单元,分析了在外载荷和驱动电压相同的情况下,五种不同铺层形式的压电复合材料变形的规律;同时对压电非均衡复合材料中弯-扭耦合系数对其变形规律的影响进行了初步的研究。研究结果对今后设计压电非均衡复合材料具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the deformations in unbalanced piezoelectric composites under the same loads and driving voltages using the 4-node rectangular piezoelectric laminated plate finite element, which is based on the first-order shearing deformation theory. The deformation states are calculated for five kinds of unbalanced laminated piezoelectric plates with different ply conditions. At the same time, the effect laws, how the bending-twisting coupling coefficients affect the deformation of unbalanced piezoelectric composites, are also researched basically. The results are meaningful for the future design .
