| Abstract: | This paper intends to introduce the technique of computer data storage to the projection, construction and administration of a city. Based on the analysis of the information characteristic of Xianyang and using the idea of system engineering the paper makes a discussion on the characteristics, composition, functions, model and application process of. the system, providing the actual design of the system with a frame work. |
