下岗职工心理危机的干预研究

摘    要:下岗职工出现暴力、自杀等心理危机,直接给社会带来不良影响。本文探索通过政策扶持、社会心理援助、自身心理调试、建立和完善相应的管理制度等策略,积极干预下岗职工心理危机,以期帮助下岗人员更好地度过危机期,实现个人与社会的和谐统一。

Abstract:Psychological crisis such as violence and suicide appearing in the laid-off workers, will directly set a bad example to society and bring a negative effect to the economic reform. The article actively explores some effective ways about how to intervene the psychological crisis of the laid-off workers. From analyzing the intervenient tactics as policy support, social psychological assistance, oneself mentality adjustment, construction and perfect corresponding manage systems, intervention of prevention and ensuring safety, with a view to help the laid-off persons to get through the crisis better, promote personal development, a happy family and social harmonious progress.
