论走出网络伦理困境的出路

网络技术是把双刃剑,在带给人们很多便利的同时,也带来了种种网络伦理失衡现象。与现实社会相比,网络社会有着全球性、数字性、虚拟性、开放性、互动性等特征,网民在网络社会中的言行主要是靠自律,网络伦理道德作为一种内在的防线对网民具有持久、稳定、普遍的约束力。要走出网络伦理的困境,需要人们在网络空间遵循兼容开放、互惠互利、真实、无害和尊重等伦理原则和道德规范,并从网络技术、网络法律法规、网络道德教育、网络管理和网络主体自律等方面进行综合治理。

THE STUDY ON THE WAY OUT OF THE NETWORK ETHICAL DILEMMA

Network technique is a double-edged sword. It has brought a lot of convenience for human beings,and also brought about a network of ethical imbalance. Compared with real society,network society has characteristics such as global,figure,virtual,open,interactive etc. The mainly words and acts of netizen is to depend on an autonomy in network society. The network ethics is a kind of inside defense line,has the enduring,stable,common force to netizen. If you want to get out of the trouble of network ethics,people must abide by ethics principle and ethics norm,follow open,reciprocal,true,harmless and honored ethic rule and norm.And,we need to adopt treatment,such as network technique,network laws and regulations,network management,self-discipline of netizen ect.
