粉煤灰微珠化学镀银的研究

摘    要:本文采用化学镀的方法对粉煤灰微珠表面进行镀银处理,制备出导电良好的银包粉煤灰微珠,且探讨了粉煤灰微珠粒径、镀银工艺参数对镀银效果和镀银微珠导电性能的影响。实验结果表明:粉煤灰微珠粒径越大,镀银效果越好;经每升含有30mLHF(质量分数36%)和10gNH4F的粗化液处理和每升含有3gAgNO3银氨活化液的处理的微珠镀银效果好;银氨镀液中AgNO含量应为8g/L,镀液的pH值应控制在10~11。

Abstract:The method of electroless silver plating was used on the surface of micro bead of fly ash in this article,and the silver package of micro bead of fly ash which has good electric conduction was made out. The influences of the particle size of micro bead of fly ash,the parameter of silver-plating technological on the silver-plating effect and electric conductivity were discussed. Results indicated:the larger the particle size of micro bead of fly ash is,the better the silver-plating effect is; coarsening processing treated with coarsening solution that includes 30mL HF (mass fraction 36%) and the 10 g NH4F every liter,the silver-plating effect of micro bead which is processed by silver-ammonia activation solution that includes 3 g AgNO3 every liter is better; the AgNO3 content of the silver ammonia solution is to be 8g/L,the pH of the fluid is to be controlled in 10~11.
