少数民族传统体育项目引入体育课堂的可行性研究

摘    要:运用文献法和教学实验法,将少数民族传统体育项目作为公共选项课的教学内容进行了教学实验。结果表明:少数民族传统体育项目以其娱乐性、趣味性等特点,深受学生的欢迎,激发了学生强烈的参与愿望;其健身效果明显,有利于学生身体素质的提高;少数民族传统体育项目相对简单易学,可接受性强;培养了学生的集体主义精神,增强了竞争的勇气.将少数民族传统体育引入体育课堂,丰富了体育课内容,促进了体育课程的持续发展,是可行的.
