| 摘 要： | 以异丙醇铝、硝酸铝为铝源，正硅酸乙酯为硅源，采用水溶性体系溶胶-凝胶法合成了可纺莫来石溶胶，并在实验室制备了莫来石凝胶纤维；系统研究了原料配比、催化剂、纺丝助剂等因素对可纺性的影响，初步探讨了反应机理。

| Abstract: | Mullite Gel Fiber was prepared by aqueous sol-gel method. They were synthesized from combinations of raw materials as Al(O iC 3H 7) 3, Al-nitrate and TEOS. The spinnability of mullite sol was examined by a hand drawing method. The effects of vary compositions of material, catalysts and processing conditions on the spinnability of mullite fibres were investigated. |
