摘    要:我国高等职业院校普遍重视操作技能训练,忽视职业核心能力提升,因此,与普通高等学校相比,高职毕业生表现出“就业容易,后劲不足”的特点。从学生职业生涯的长远发展来看,学校在职业人才培养中应重视学生职业道德、人际交往、心理素质、学习创新等能力的提升。郑州市某高职院校选取了实验班,将职业核心能力提升融入各科教学,并配合心理行为训练,取得明显成效。学生在体验式培训过程中提高了基础心理品质和核心竞争力,有利于其职业生涯的可持续发展。

Promoting Core Competencies of Higher Vocational College Students through Psychological Behaviour Training

Abstract:In our country, higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of operating skill than the core competencies. Compared with common high school, vocational graduates can find a job easily but lack of stamina. The college should pay attention to the student's occupation moral, interpersonal skills, psychological quality, learning and innovation ability. A higher vocational college in Zhengzhou Cit- y chose experimental classes. They integrate the core competencies training and psychological behaviour training in the teaching. In the experiential training process, students proved their basic psychological quality and core competitiveness. It attributes to sustainable development of the occupation career.
