高职生职业价值观特点及其与自我效能感的关系

为探讨高职生职业价值观的特点及其与自我效能感的关系，运用大学生职业价值观问卷和一般自我效能感量表进行施测。结果表明，高职生的职业价值观表现出“重发展轻物质”的特点；随年级增长职业价值观有上升趋势；职业价值观与自我效能感显著相关，高自我效能感的个体对职业价值观的重视程度高于低自我效能感者。

The Characteristics of Vocational Values and Their Relationship with Self-efficacy of Vocational College Students

This essay measures and discusses The Characteristics of Vocational Values and Their Relation- ship with Self-efficacy of Vocational College Students using The questionnaire of college students＂ work values and A Chinese adaptation of the General Self-efficacy Scale. The results show that the vocational values of vocational college students tend to be more focused on self-development rather than income; Their vocational values have a tendency to incline with the grow of their age; and there＇s a close relation- ship between vocational values and self-efficacy., individuals with high self-efficacy pay more attention to vocational values than those with low self-efficacy.
