| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察复合式小梁切除术的手术成功率及术后并发症。方法 :对23例(27眼)小梁切除术中应用0 4mg/ml的丝裂霉素C ,联合前房穿刺 ,外置巩膜瓣可拆除缝合的方法进行观察。结果 :23例中功能滤过泡达100%,术后6mo眼压稳定 ,术后仅1例发生Ⅱ级浅前房。结论 :复合式小梁切除术不仅提高了抗青光眼手术的效果 ,而且大大减少了并发症的发生

| Abstract: | objective:To observe success rate and syndrome after operation of complex trabculae resection.Methods:Observation effecte of some methods in complex trabculae resection on 23 cases(27 eyes),such as using0.2-0.4mg%/ml mitomycin C;Associate with anterior chambers punctre and the backout stich of sclerotic valva.Results:The functionstrair bucclewere100%in23cases,intradular pressure was stablafter treatment six monthes,only one case that the depth of anterior chambers became shallower(secod grade).Conclusions:complex trabculae resection not only rise the tretment effect of glaucoma.but also reduce the syndrome. |
