摘    要:报道了从冷轧乳化液的磁过滤产物中回收纳米铁粉的一种新方法。该方法是经过预处理、清洗除油、漂洗及低温干燥4个步骤完成的,通过试验确定了洗涤次数为3次且每次最佳清洗时间分别为128,35,35min,漂洗次数为4次等条件,回收的纳米铁粉粒度在50~100nm之间,洁净率为96.11%。

Abstract:A new method of recovery of pure Fe powder from the magnetic filtered product in cold-rolling emulsion is reported in this article. The process consists of the pre-treatment of magnetic filter product, cleanout of oil, washing with water and drying at low temperature. The optimums time of cleaning is 128 min, the number of times of cleaning is 3 and the number of times of washing with water is 4.The size of the Fe powder gained is 50~100 nm, and the cleansing efficiency is 96.11%.
