摘    要:本文简要论述了以8位单片机为核心的X射线衍射仪多功能测角台计算机控制系统的设计原则和工作原理.该系统成功地利用衍射仪在一台测角台上完成了材料的织构、残余应力和物相分析的测定.系统由8位单片机完成控制与数据采集,具有结构简单,功能强,造价低,适应性强等优点.

Abstract:In this paper, the designed principles and its work theory of a system which hasmanifold functions using X-ray diffractometer controled by single-chip computer are expoundedbriefly. This computer control system brings it to success to determine the texture, residualstress and the phase analysis of materials on one instrument. In this system, the 8-bit singlechip computer fulfils the tasks of controling the system and getting test data. This system hasthe simple structure, manifold functions and low price. The accomplishment of this system isof great importance.
