基于实时以太网的风机远程控制

摘    要:针对工业现场常见的远程控制系统实时性差的问题,采用实时以太网技术和虚拟仪器相结合的方法,并结合光纤传输技术,给出了一种基于实时以太网的远程控制系统实现方法.实验结果表明,与目前常用的PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)远程控制系统相比,基于实时以太网的远程控制系统可靠性高、实时性好、抗干扰能力强,在大型工业现场的远程控制中具有较大的应用价值.

Abstract:To overcome the bad real-time performance of remote control system usually used in industrial field,a method is given to implement remote control based on real-time Ethernet,which combines real-time Ethernet,virtual instrument and optic fiber transmission.The result of experiment indicates that the remote control system based on real-time Ethernet has high reliability,better real-time performance and stronger anti-jamming ability,compared with the common PLC remote control system.It has great value in the c...
