摘    要:为研究各种参数对齿轮润滑膜厚的影响,将多重网格法应用到重栽齿轮弹流润滑问题的求解,获得了满意的结果,多重网格法应用于齿轮润滑问题求解中具有收敛速度快,数值稳定性好的优点,计算得到了齿轮润滑的危险点以及齿轮模数、传动比和压力角对润滑油膜压力和膜厚的影响规律。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of various parameters on film thickness of gear lubrication the multi-grid method is introduced by its application in the elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) of involute spur gear.The results presented in this paper are satisfying and the multi-grid algorithm is considered having the advantage of rapid convergence and good numerical stability.The dangerous lubrication gear points are obtained and the effect of the gear module,transmission reduction,pressure angle on the lubrication film pressure distribution and film thickness profiles are also gained from the numerical calculation.
