借鉴区域合作经验 建设平潭综合实验区

平潭综合实验区体现了两岸合作的新方式,是海西经济区域的重要组成部分。要实现平潭的跨越式发展,实验区需要加强与周边区域以及对台的合作。借鉴国内外区域合作经验,实验区在合作机制上,要＂敢于创新＂;在合作方向上,要＂内外兼修＂。加快平潭综合实验区建设,应完善基础设施,发展特色产业,创新用人机制,规范政策细则,保护好生态环境。

Implications onDevelopment of Pingtan Experimentation Zone from Experiences

The experimentation zone in Ping＇tan reflects a new way of cooperation between the mainland and Taiwan, which is an important component of economic zone on west coast of the Straits. In order to achieve an overleaping development in Pingtan, the cooperation with Taiwan and other surrounding regions should be strengthened. This paper tries to give some advice on/earning the experiences in regional cooperation at home and abroad, making Pingtan as a new style of cooperation mechanism. The author also proposes that improving infrastructure, developing characteristic industries, employing innovative mechanisms, regulating policy rules and protecting the environment are the measures to be taken in order to accelerate the cooperation.
