| 摘 要： | 起跳是跳远动作系统中的功能性动作。本文就此关键技术环节及其与助跑的关系,对跳远成绩的影响作了详细的运动学分析。同时,还根据动作系统的结构为起跳动作设计了分解教学的步骤与方法,并逐一进行了生物力学分析。

| Abstract: | Take - off is a functien movement in the movement system of long jump. In this paper the key technology, its relations with approach run and the effect on the results are analyzed thoroughly in kinematics.
The steps and the ways of the decomposition teaching are also designed for talle -off movement in accordance with the structure of the movement system and are analyzed biomechnically one by one. |
