摩托车铝合金减震筒液态挤压成形压力的分析及计算

摘    要:采用液态挤压代替压力铸造生产摩托车的铝合金减震筒,不仅克服了压铸件内部易形成气孔和氧化夹杂物的缺陷,而且提高了成品率,降低了产品成本。在分析出减震筒液态挤压成形过程的基础上,提出了成形压力计算的筒化模型,并采用采形功法推导了成形压力计算公式,得到了适合实际应用的结果。

Abstract:The aluminium alloy shock absorber tubes of the motorcycle were manufacturedwith liquid extrusion replacing die casting under pressure. Not only were the defects of gasholes and non-metal inclusion in the die casting under pressure eliminated, but also the rateof production was increased while the cost of production was decreased. In this paper, theprocess forming shock absorber tube by liquid extrusion has been analyzed. Based on theanalysis, the pattern for calculating the forming pressure has been simplified, and the formu la has been derived by using the formation work method. The calculated results tally withthe actual situation.
