摘    要:发射光谱峰值位于630~680 nm长波红光波段的荧光粉有着极其重要的应用价值,然而目前市售荧光粉中发射光谱峰值位于这一波段的较少,为此研制了Fe3+离子激活的荧光粉LiAl5O8:Fe,其发射光谱峰值为675 nm.在实验中,首先对原材料进行湿法前期处理,以提高荧光粉的发光强度,继而实验研究和理论分析了Fe3+离子浓度和烧结温度对LiAl5O8:Fe荧光粉发光性质的影响.

Abstract:At present, the phosphors whose peak value of emission spectra lie in 630~680 nm are lacking in the market, so we synthesized the phosphor LiAl_5O_8:Fe activated by Fe~(3+). Its peak value of emission spectra is 675 nm. In our experiment, we made the starting-materials solution in nitric acid firstly (that is to make pre-process to materials), which could improve the luminescence intensity of phosphor, and studied the luminescent properties of the phosphor LiAl_5O_8:Fe in different Fe~(3+) concentrations and different temperatures.
