摘    要:论述了环型超声波电机的工作原理、结构设计方法和材料的选择;引入等效梁的概念,建立了环型超声波电机关键结构即定子复合振子的数学模型;求出了其振动模式的解析解;给出了仿真计算结果和设计的样机结构尺寸;并分析了定子表面粒子的椭圆运动及超声波电机的本质.

Abstract:The operating principle,the constructional design and the selection of materials for a ringtype ultrasonic motor are discussed. A mathematical model for the compound vibrator of the stator,the key element of the ring-type ultrasonic motor, is developed by employing the concept of the equivalent beam. The analytical solution for the vibration mode is found. Simulation results and the dimensions of a sample motor designed are presented. The elliptic motion of the particles on the stator surface and the physical essence of the ultrasonic motor are analyzed.
