| 摘 要： | 通过介绍六西格玛的含义和发展情况,分析了地方高校图书馆引入六西格玛管理的原因,设计出六西格玛改进方法DMAIC在地方图书馆的循环实施图,并总结了六西格玛改进方法DMAIC在地方图书馆应用需要注意的问题,为六西格玛管理在地方高校图书馆的应用开拓了新领域。
