Abstract:Based on the practices and cases of competitive intelligence activities of three enterprises of Microsoft,Motorola and IBM,and from the viewing angle of competitive intelligence period,this paper reveals and analyzes the basic ideas and main measures of the competitive intelligence strategies adopted by Microsoft,Motorola and IBM,which can provide references to the competitive intelligence practices of Chinese IT enterprises.
