| 摘 要： | 以全寿命周期管理理论为基础,对输电线路工程造价管理存在的决策依据不合理、工程监理制度有待完善、限额设计制度缺乏灵活性、缺乏对生产运营阶段成本估算的研究几方面进行了分析,并对全寿命周期成本在输电线路工程设计中的应用进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of life cycle management,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the construction cost management of the transmission line project such as the unreasonable bases for decision making,the imperfect project supervision system,the lack of flexibility in the design of quota system,and the research on the deficiency of cost estimation in production and operation stage,and expounds the application of life cycle cost in the design of transmission line project. |
