网络不良信息监督管理对策研究

随着互联网和移动通信网络的快速发展,不良信息充斥网络空间,带来了严重的影响。从分析网络不良信息种类和传播途径入手,尝试针对性地从宏观的立法层面、中观的管理层面和微观的技术层面,提出完善网络不良信息监管体系的建议。

Discussion on the Countermeasures for the Supervision and Management of Harmful Information on Network

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile communication network,more and more harmful information are filled in the cyber space,leading to grave social consequences.Starting from the types and transmitting ways of harmful information on network,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the supervision and management system for harmful information on network from three levels of the macro legislation level,the medium management level and the micro technology level.
