| 摘 要： | 为了能够更加直观、方便的对油田注水泵运行状态进行监测,设计了基于LabVIEW的离线式油田注水泵状态监测系统。阐述了系统总体设计及硬件、软件设计思路,简单介绍了该系统几个主要模块的设计和构成。该系统在完成采集注水泵振动信息的基础上,可实时分析时域、频域信息,并通过故障诊断系统实时显示诊断结果。现场测试结果表明系统能够实现对注水泵运行状态的监测,故障诊断结果与现场维修结果相符。
