应用消费者行为理论谈住宅商品化改革

摘    要:文章立足于西方经济学中的消费者均衡理论,试图通过建立模型,说明我国实行住宅商品化改革的做法为什么比过去实行福利分房的办法要好;同时,也指出住宅商品化改革的成功与否还与众多因素有关,因此,经济理论模型与现实改革之间存在一定的差距。文章仅仅是对经济学理论和建模在现实生活中的应用性的一种尝试。

Abstract:The basis of this article is the theory of consumer equilibrium in western economics. It does its best to explain why the commercial housing is better than the welfare housing by creating the economic model. Meanwhile, it indicates the success of commercial housing' s reform is up to many factors. Therefore, there is a gap between the theory and the reality. The article only attempts to use economic theory and create a model in our lives.
