电动振动台空台建模与仿真技术研究

摘    要:对某电动振动台空台进行了有限元建模,介绍了建模方法。通过空台的模态试验结果对空台模型进行了修正,分析了各阶模态振型。修正结果表明,空台的有限元模型能够反映其真实的动态特性,可用于振动试验仿真。最后,给出了正弦扫描试验仿真的算法并实现了振动台正弦扫描试验仿真。

Abstract:Finite element modeling was carried out on a certain electrodynamic vibration generator itself.Methods of modeling were introduced.Then the modal was updated and its mode of vibration was analyzed according to the modal test data of the vibration generator.The results show that the finite element modal of the vibration generator embodies its actual dynamic properties that can be used for vibration test simulation.Finally,according to the real conditions of sine-scan vibration test,simulation was accomplished by using the given algorithm.
