摘 要: | 采用正电子湮没试验方法测定了Cu 15Ni 8Sn合金在经过不同深冷处理工艺后点缺陷(空位)的浓度变化,并用双臂直流电桥测定了电阻率的变化.研究表明,深冷处理能够减小合金中的空位浓度,降低电阻率,提高合金的导电性.此外,试验表明该弹性导电合金的最佳深冷处理工艺为深冷60min.

Influence of cryogenic treatment on electric properties of alloy Cu15Ni-8Sn |

Abstract: | The density variation of point defect (vacancy) within the alloy Cu15Ni8Sn cryogenically treated under various conditions is measured with the method of positron oblivion and the resistance variation is also measured by using a double armed DC bridge. It is shown by the investigation that cryogenic treatment can result in decrease the density of vacancy within the alloy and its resistance so that the conductivity of the alloy can be improved. Besides, the experiment shows that optimal cryogenic treatment condition for this elastic conductive alloy is cryogenic treatment period of 60 min. |
