Bi-2223相的高温X-射线衍射研究

摘    要:对精心制备的,其特性经过深入研究的Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox(2223相)单相样品,在原位进行了高温X射线衍射谱研究.结果表明:压力对样品的分解影响很大,在氩气氛中(101.3kPa),样品大约在790℃开始分解;在真空条件下,样品的分解则始于约300℃.分解的产物很强地依赖于压力.这一研究对带材和线材的制备,对2223相晶格不稳定性的理解都具有重要的实际意义.

Abstract:The elaborated and well characterised Bi 1.7 Pb 0.3 Sr 2Ca 2Cu 3O x (2223 Phase) single phase samples were studied by in situ high temperature X-ray diffraction and thermal analyses. It is found that the atmosphere pressure affects the decomposition temperatures and products significantly. In argon atmosphere (101.3kPa), the sample starts to decompose at about 700~790℃ ; in vacuum (10 -2 ~10 -3 Pa),the sample starts to change at about 300℃, and shows a thermal instability. This study may be of some help in the preparation of tape and wire materials, as well as understanding the instability of the 2223 phase.
